Hair's the Thing...

Oh MY GOD, I am not chuffed. I had my hair cut by a friend a few days ago, and it looked awesome!! Choppy, messy, indie. Then I washed it and it was all over the place. I really hated it and cried and cried and cried. I looked like the love child of Wurzle Gummidge meets Fraggle Rock.
Awful. So, I had to go get it rectified. And I won't bang on too much about what they said but it wasn't good. Anyhoo, it's fixed-up to the best of their ability and I still look a bit wiggy but... It's better than it was. And I purchased some yummy spray-in wax :) that I'm going to end up sniffing the smell out of NYOM NOM NOM.
Went out last night and it wasn't great. My boy got started on in Chesterfield's scuttiest club and the music was same old same old.
Kind of wish London had worked out so we could've had some money spare and had a few good nights out :( wank.

Alas, I have got so much going on over these next few weeks - I have an interview on Tuesday at the hospital up the road for a different job to the one I've been offered and I hope I get this one SO MUCH cos it'll be better for me and pays better.
Then on the Saturday I have a gig to goto in Sheffield for a local band called Avangaad who're awesome!
Then our staff Hallowe'en party with the kids and then scary movies after :)
Then my leaving do at Frankie and Benny's
THEN I am so excited for Hallowe'en weekend :D me and my boy and frrrrriiiiennnds :) :)
Eeeeeee!!

I don't have a penny but I'll show you a good time...

I have compiled a list of ten songs I am playing the most lately, in no order :

1. Modest Mouse - Trailer Trash
2. Kings of Leon - On Call
3. The Cribs - Be Safe

4. Rusko - Cockney Thug
5. Finley Quaye - Dice
6. The Cure - Friday I'm in Love

7.  The Stone Roses - Fools Gold
8. Jay Jay Pistolet - Happy Birthday You
9. The Drifters - More Than a Number in my Little Red Book
10. Peter Doherty - New Love Grows on Trees

A world of make believe.

I have ordered my next book from Amazon, lord only knows how long it'll take to come :( I hate waiting around...
I have also ordered two packets of twenty Vogue cigarettes. Cos they're supposed to taste nice. And they look like breakfast at tiffany style... And if that's not a promo' to start smoking, I really don't know what is.

Oh my days!

I went shopping with my cousin Kimberley yesterday (we both had the day off work), she's doing a fashion shoot but needed to provide the outfit. So we found her a new one which is quite amazing!! :)

I got a new coat - think, French Spy and you're onto a winner ;) AND some to-die-for brogues. Honestly, they are yummy!
I didn't used to like girl brogues but they've grown on me.

It's soon going to be Hallowe'en and I'm visiting an old friend Kirsty; Grimsby way. We're gonna dress up and have drunken times and basque in the goth-weekend fiasco. I am going to be a Zom-bee, aye aye!? Gedd'it?

I am going to get up early tomorrow and buy some hair extensions... First time everrrrrr; only clip in ones like. But gotta sew em all up myself and that :/ HASSSSSLE. And I haven't a clue what I'm doing, but I will fo' sho' keep y'all posted as to how they turn out. And pics of them in my head.
My hair is fine as smoke so, it could all go tits up. We'll see.

Poets and Heroics

I am have a new job! Yes sir'ee, went for an interview the other day and they phoned me back to offer me the position :) going to be working for CareTech, an awesome company who promote independent living for adults with learning disabilities.
Worked for them down South during my time there also. Extremely sad I'm going to be leaving the Easy Tigers Nursery lot though :'( they've been diamonds to me through rough times and I made some aweeeesome friends. But on the bright side, leaving means leaving-do! And I do love a good gathering :)
Frankie and Benny's for calzone methinks! Lots piccychoos :D
I have also been thinking a lot about my poetry lately. I've not done any in ages and the last paid gig I did was in March... Agggeees ago. I need to get on it.

I also need to stop smoking shisha. It's making my throat sore.

Also, I want to live in Stockholme now more than words can comprehend. Ever since I fell in love a year ago beautiful sites have been my desktop backgrounds. And then I found this... I NEED to go.

I lack good friends. Everyone needs good friends. Who accept you for who you are. I don't have enough of them.

Children...

I had no idea I could miss someone quite as much as I miss my cousin... I have been a wreck for over two weeks and that finally reached it's climax yesterday afternoon. Stuff's a blurr.
She got off - she took James away from us and got let off :'(

I cannot believe the Bristish justice system can be so warped. I cannot believe a group of normal people, the jury, could be so heartless. I've lost all faith in humankind, at the top of the list the police force and this country.

It goes to show cold, hard, evidence is nothing in the face of a good story laced with 'not remembering'.

She said it was in self defence -- there were no marks found on her in nine days consecutively after she murdered him. All she sucessfully did was tell a story and cry a lot, and for the difficult bits inbetween say she can't remember. The only other witness was James, and he's not here to defend himself.

All I know is James didn't deserve this. Our family didn't. And she's walking scotch free... Michelle is a murderer and James is never coming back. And I miss him, my Nana and my Uncle Pete every day :'(

Awrrriiight...

I finally gathered the funds to get that dope-as jacket I wanted, the leopard print fur one from RiverIsland... Y'knooowwww. Everyone else hates it except me. Whatev's.

I would never ever wear a real fur coat though, no way! It's funny how opinions change over the years, at one time it was totally acceptable to wear fur and it kept you warm in the winter... Then it was even fashionable and a sign of wealth... Then it was Indie and the up-roar began on vanity... Then some tremendous faux fur jackets and coats started to spring about. I think when faux-fur can look as realisitic as they get it to these days there's no need for the real stuff...

I need to go shopping too, I have seen some scrumptious stuff in Zara and H&M, all your high street spiel but I can't afford designer, I don't have the patience to save up for it to be out of fashion the second I get enough money to purchase.

I keep spraying my room with my perfume cos it smells so delicious. I'll be moaning when it runs out, and it was expensive too. I go it off of my holiday but had to pay in euro's on the plane so they raped me for all the money I had - bastardo's.

Also I want some studded boots soooooo badly, there's a yummy pair in TopShop but I'm not sure if I should put the £85 they'd cost towards some others I guess I need to shop around! Thinking of doing a youtube blog with my sister too... Thoughts/feelings?

Peace out.
